They Liked It!

Heading into our opening show, spirits were high thanks to our crowd-pleasing preview of AYLI on the Royal Mile.

Despite the positive feedback from our audience, musician Carly King was distraught to discover that someone... didn't like it.

"You've been liked."

Later that evening, the cast and crew met at Edinburgh Castle for the Royal Military Tattoo, where we made new friends and created rapper alter-egos (Too-Percent on the track).

Dancing in the Streets

Tomorrow is our first performance (at 10 am) so this blog has to be quick!

Today some of the cast and I found an amazing bakery and explored the most decadent pastries in the world. Here is Carly King with her treat. A picture is worth a thousand words (and possibly a thousand pounds after that dish!).

We also performed in the streets of Edinburgh, on the Royal Mile. We had a huge crowd watching us and they loved every second. We had music, dancing, some scenes. All in all, a one of a kind experience I will never forget.

We'll see you at Pilrig tomorrow! If not, check back on the blog for updates on our first show!!

Better Late Than Never

Hello everyone! It has been quite a while! The cast and crew has arrived safely in Edinburgh and is loving every second of it. Here are just a few pictures to reassure you that everyone is alive and well...
Here is Olivia roaming The Royal Mile
Today was Brooke's birthday!
On the 7 hour train from London to Edinburgh, we started to lose some steam
Especially Tom who plugged his headphones into his granola bar. Fun fact: in the UK a granola bar is called a "flap jack." Can you imagine?!
And here is Amir. If you haven't figured out, this is in London, however this picture is so great, I just had to post it. He's having a gay old time here!
